My story
Throughout my career, I've been recognized for building and nurturing high-performing teams, contributing to significant financial growth and the successful execution of digital strategies, including agile transformations.
My deep understanding of IT allows me to communicate clear strategies at executive level. After years of in-house leadership roles, I've developed a passion for assisting employees, peers and leaders in their pursuit of fulfilling their potential. During this time I’ve developed a very personal management style, true to myself and my values.
With cordero mgmt I will be able to share my way of working in a direct and unfiltered manner within changing environments and cultures.
I believe in empathetic, authentic leadership and leading by example. The power of delegating not only promotes employee growth, increases the level of ownership but also allows any given process to flow efficiently and effectively. Precise communiation skills and always operating with a level of transparency define my way of working. Helping pave the way by removing obstacles for any team is an important part of reaching the ideal outcome and I consider that a key task in any leadership role.
